Whole Food Plant Based

Does being tired have to be normal? Moms need to be the most fit, healthy, smart athletic kind hearted gentle teaching leaders alive. They are the ones growing, teaching and nurturing the next generation of humans. As the queen says in Princess Diaries 2, “you can’t afford to lose it, other people lose it, we’re supposed to find it!” What’s the best thing for my body? Whatever it is, I want it. If it’s good and makes me better and more efficient, I want it. My journey to whole food plant based has been 5-6 years, but you guys I’m a Machine with my veg and clean eats! Other habits that foster beautiful godess Amazon endurance and strength are developing the discipline to sleep enough, and create adventures daily. I’ve always wanted to be a hott sexy business woman with her act together making millions. Very womanly and feminine, not trying to be a man or anything, I’ll leave that to the men, I just thought it would be neat to be my own boss and own property and land and run things. Motherhood is all that and more. There are schedules, routines, and systems and activities and enough to run and organzie to keep this business woman on her toes. I realize I AM running a business with my own family. The more it grows the more drawn in and involved I am. Whole food Plant based is no meat, no eggs, no dairy, and no salt or oil (haven’t completely said good-bye to the last two), but I was worried about muscle mass decreasing if I made the switch because protein right??? (no not at all), but after watching Game Changers on Netflix I knew the over advertised industries were not neccessary. My point? Whold food plant based is one of the many small ways that give back energy and time rather than take it away.
